We operate from 9:00AM – 6:00PM (GMT+8) Mon-Fri excluding holidays and special events. All transactions made after said cut-off time shall be treated as transaction for the next business day.
Registration Fee
There is a non-refundable registration fee of Php1000 for SubDealer and Php100 for Retailer. No free walletload credits are included on the registration fee.
Payment Options
Only accepted payments are BDO, BPI, BPI Family, Security Bank, Unionbank / EON, GCash, PayMaya, Paypal and coins.ph. Please send your payment to our nominated accounts only, unless stated otherwise. We only accept Paypal payment from verified accounts and with confirmed address.
Verification
A notice of verification request must be sent through our verification page after payment for walletload replenishment or registration fee has been sent or deposited. All purchases made are manually reviewed and checked from various online banking facilities. We have the right to ask for identification during the verification process if deemed necessary. Dispensing of credits may take up to 2 hours or more. Sending complete payment details will help facilitate the verification process.
Promotional Materials
Promotional materials can be picked up for free or shipped to you for Php200. Kits are shipped via LBC every Saturday. It will be delivered to you the following week, earliest is Monday. If you want to pickup the kits, please contact us 1 day before so we can prepare them and discuss the pickup location and time.
Refunds
All sales are final. Make sure to enter correct information only. Once credit is successfully dispensed to the recipient’s account, no refund will be given. In the event the product purchased is not available or we are having problems with our gateways, buyer will be contacted and be given refund.
